Course Navigation:
The class is broken down into 3 units. Each unit has several sessions. Each session contains your specific lessons (what you read or watch to learn the material) and assignments (what you actually do and turn in to me).
-Access the course Home page at www.AmericanHistoryA.Yolasites.com
-From the Home page or in the navigation bar you can enter any unit to begin your work.
-From the Unit Home Page you can enter whatever session you are on.
-Each session will begin with items that you need to define and turn in.
-At the Session page is where you learn what your lessons and assignments are.
-You can view the syllabus and other helpful information by clicking the resource page button in the navigation bar.
Vocabulary assignments
-For each vocabulary word you must include:
-The definition of the word
-A picture that represents the meaning of the word
-A sentence that explains how the picture represents the meaning of the word
Where to turn in your assignments
You will turn all of your assignments into Schoology. Login to Schoology. Enter your American History A class. Click on the correct Unit. Choose the correct session. Here you will see a place to turn in your assignments. Be sure and label your assignments with the Unit, Session, and Assignment number. For example there are two assignments in Unit 2, Session 4, Label the first one 2.4.1, and the second one 2.4.2.
